Consulting on Quality in SMEs

Ensure quality in the long run

Quality is more than meeting standards

Quality assurance through process optimization leads to ticking off. But in the process, the real potential of QMS is lost. It pays to take a step back and see quality management within the framework of a holistic management model.

Continuous improvement from the start

Quality management is more than standards. It is a question of whether the product not only fulfils the contract, but also the legitimate expectations of the customer and the suitability for the intended purpose. Quality can be defined in three building blocks:

  • Punctuality
  • Contractual compliance
  • Suitability for the customer

The difficulty of meeting the claim increases from top to bottom. Among other things, because it is becoming more difficult to measure. Applied quality management needs standards for measurable facts and for those that need to be assessed more elaborately. This brings a few question marks at the beginning, but that is why you have QM consultants.

Do you want new qualities in quality management?

Decades of top management have taught me time and again, how crucial quality management is. Those who do not have QM under control will soon have even bigger problems. My QM consulting reflects the experience I have gained from successful quality management. Quality management is one of the most rewarding ways to engage with your customers. Because without customer satisfaction, there is no future. Reason enough to constantly develop the capability of sound judgment within your company.
