ERP consulting for SMEs

Efficient automation

Problems that are digitized become larger

Competitive advantage through digitization and enterprise resource planning (ERP). Convincing in theory. In practice: not always. Because before it comes to monitoring and controlling business processes with information technology, the question should be what it is you want to control.

Digitization begins doing analog work

ERP is an automated organization. Organization is the structured processing of similar activities. Mostly created by historically grown processes and procedures. Anyone who digitizes this organization digitizes the past. Why does this happen so often? System changes are time-consuming. Dependencies on suppliers and customers are large. Changes are difficult and have a limited impact. Projects start euphorically and end unloved.

ERP consulting cannot be simple enough

To use ERP efficiently and with maximum benefit for your company pragmatic solutions are needed. As simple as possible, but no simpler. ERP consulting identifies what should and should not be done. Where an individual decision is needed and where principles help. When existing structures are analyzed with this attitude, it soon becomes clear what should be meaningfully organized differently and what is already “good enough”. Especially important: take people with you. Because without a team behind it, ERP will not fulfill its promises.

Do you want to get digitization right away?

From successful digitization projects, I know their dynamics and pitfalls. My consulting on ERP thus has the decisive practical relevance. A well-running ERP system gives you a compass for the future. Decisions are made more transparently, processes can be controlled more consciously. Corporate management gets completely new degrees of freedom. How free are you?
